The short version
- We collect what we need to cook and deliver your order: your name, phone, email, address and any notes you give us.
- Square handles your card. Your card number never touches our site.
- We only text you if you ask us to, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.
- We never sell your information or share your phone number for marketing.
What we collect
- Your order: dishes, quantities, delivery or pickup, and time window.
- Your contact details: name, phone number and email.
- Your delivery address and any delivery instructions.
- Notes you choose to give us, like allergies or requests for Iris.
- Whether you asked for order texts, and when.
- Basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, through [ANALYTICS TOOL].
How we use it
To take, cook and deliver your order; to send your receipt and order updates; to answer your questions; and to make the menu and the site better. We don’t use your information for anything else.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number. Square’s own privacy policy covers what they do with your payment details.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick the box at checkout. The texts are about your order (confirmation, ready for pickup, on the way, delivered), usually up to [#] per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help.
We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the business, and only for that: Square (payments), [EMAIL PROVIDER] (receipts), [TEXT PROVIDER] (order texts) and [HOSTING PROVIDER] (the website). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
